Nervous

"Wow" I walk into the room in total shock, all the chairs in a circle way and food in the center table. Then I go ahead and sit down with the rest of the students. When it was time to present I decided to go first and get it over with. I get that feeling every time, when your stomach hurts, your words scramble when you talk, you begin in shake, that feeling when you feel nervous. When I was about to start everybody are looking at me and at that moment I could absolutely feel surrounded by nervousness.

I chose this photo because that's how I get when I present. I also chose this picture because it shows how some people don't get nervous at all.

I picked this song because it calms my nerves. This song
gives you motivation to get the show on.

Joy

I walked out the door to the sun hitting my face. It was a warm soft feeling that made my mouth curl with a smile. As I walk through the garden I see the fresh fruits hanging from the trees branches, I reach over to cut some hot peppers to eat with breakfast. Walking a little further with the sun following me. I go into the kitchen as my nose lifts me and I take a seat at the table. Fresh cup of milk and homemade tortillas over the fine wood, they fluff by themselves and bam "Ready to eat." I roll up my tortilla in my hand curling it up. I finish eating and walk out to enjoy the company of my family in Mexico.

I chose this picture because it shows how that person is all happy and full of joy. I feel like that when I visit my family in Mexico.

I picked this song because it has a nice joyful tone. This song brings happiness to those who listen to it.

This is most definitely my favorite because of what's said at the end. That feeling when you feel nervous. I have a hard time knowing how to describe nerves also.

You also have a good hold on Onomatopoeia and you're good at setting an image.
I can relate to the first story pretty well except i'm a sissy and have a hard time going first! Good for you though.

  2. I love your paragraph about Mexico! It is so descriptive and you use great examples of concrete images. I also like the repetition you use in your first paragraph. Nice job!
